This placeholder should be replaced with a privacy policy describing: what personal information is collected at signup (business name, contact name, email, phone), what call data is collected once the service is active (recordings, transcripts, caller details), how long data is retained, which third parties process it (PayFast for billing, your telephony/AI voice provider for call handling, your calendar provider for bookings), and how customers can request access to or deletion of their data. If you operate in South Africa, this should be written to comply with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act); if you have customers or callers elsewhere, check whether GDPR or other regional rules also apply.
